How evaluation and payment work

90 days to evaluate

Your evaluation period starts when you set up your business and lasts 90 days, with everything in the Business plan. Invoices you issue in that time are real tax invoices.

Choose a plan

Before the period ends, choose the plan that fits. You can change plan later. If the period ends without a plan, your account becomes read-only until you choose one; nothing is charged automatically.

Pay by bank transfer or cash

Each month Basira Technologies issues you a VAT tax invoice for your plan. Pay it by bank transfer or cash by the date on the invoice. There is no card payment.

Cancel any time

Cancel from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period and you are not invoiced for later months. Your issued invoices stay readable and exportable.

Good to know

  • Prices are per month. VAT at 5% is added, and our invoice shows it.
  • If a payment is overdue, your account becomes read-only: you can still view, download and export everything, but you cannot issue new documents until it is paid.
  • The price on your invoice is the plan price in force when the month starts. We announce any price change before it applies.
  • Invoice and team numbers are a guide, not a cap: if you go past them we suggest the next plan, and you can keep issuing.
