Practice mode

Try everything in a separate space where nothing is a real invoice.

Every workspace has a Practice space next to its Live space. Switch between them with the Live | Practice switch in the sidebar; each has its own colour and badge, and the app remembers your choice.

• Setup adds a sample customer and two items (a service and goods) to Practice.
• Practice documents are clearly marked as practice and are never legal tax invoices.
• Practice documents stay in Practice. They never appear among your live documents or use your live number series.

A business without a VAT number gets the Practice space only, until it adds its VAT number.
