Evaluation, plans and payment

How the 90-day evaluation period, invoices and cancellation work.

• Your 90-day evaluation period starts when you set up your business, with everything in the Business plan.
• Plans are Starter (OMR 8), Business (OMR 18) and Accountant (OMR 45) a month, plus 5% VAT.
• Each month Basira Technologies issues you a VAT tax invoice for your plan. You find it on the Billing page in the app.
• Pay by bank transfer or cash by the date on the invoice. There is no card payment.
• If a payment is overdue, the account becomes read-only: you can still view, download and export everything, but not issue new documents until it is paid.
• Cancel from the Billing page at any time. It takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, and you are not invoiced for later months.
